The purpose of a coach is to provide you with time and space to reflect and clarify your thoughts. When it comes to stress, the coach's purpose is to help you understand the root causes, rather than just treating the symptoms. This is achieved through a series of conversations in which the coach will ask questions to enhance comprehension and provide insights or observations you may not have considered.

The 30 minutes identification meeting is free of charge and is only used once.
1 -hour session, using Zoom or Teams, with diagnostics and 1 exercise
1 hour calling, using Zoom or Teams, with diagnostics and planning + 1 exercise
3 sessions about one topic, either Body, Mind or Spirit care
1 session progress check up
Note: In order to keep the progress up to date I've set a 3 months time limit from the day of registrating your first session to the last session.
Recommended number of sessions for an effective coaching rythm is 1 session per 1-2 weeks.
