  • Focus, problem-solving, decision making, and other important abilities for students' learning;
  • It also manifests as symptoms and illnesses such as depression and anxiety.


It might be difficult to manage stress and anxiety. They can have a significant impact on your physical health if left untreated for an extended length of time. While some stress and worry in life are normal and should not be a cause for alarm, it is critical to understand when stress in your life is having a detrimental impact. Stress and anxiety management coaching programs

So, how can a life coach assist with stress management?


The purpose of a coach is to provide you with time and space to reflect and clarify your thoughts. When it comes to stress, the coach's purpose is to help you understand the root causes, rather than just treating the symptoms. This is achieved through a series of conversations in which the coach will ask questions to enhance comprehension and provide insights or observations you may not have considered.


Dealing with difficulties is an unavoidable aspect of life. It takes effort to strengthen the link between the mind, body, and spirit, so here's how these three components work together to promote your overall health:

Programs

The 30 minutes identification meeting is free of charge and is only used once. 

 One-session coaching


    • A 30 min identification session
    • 1 -hour session, using Zoom or Teams, with diagnostics and 1 exercise 

    • Q&A through e-mail while you are being coached  (questions, ideas, goals)

 5-session coaching - a selective program


    • A 30 min identification session
    • 1 hour calling, using Zoom or Teams, with diagnostics and planning + 1 exercise

    • 3 sessions about one topic, either Body, Mind or Spirit care

    • 1 session progress check up

    • Q&A through e-mail while you are being coached  (questions, ideas, goals)

Note: In order to keep the progress up to date I've set a 3 months time limit from the day of registrating your first session to the last session.

Recommended number of sessions for an effective coaching rythm is 1 session per 1-2 weeks.

11-session coaching - a wholesome program

    • A 30 min intro and diagnostics
    • 1 hour calling, using Zoom or Teams, with diagnostics and planning + 1 exercise

    • 3 sessions about body care

    • 3 sessions about mind care

    • 3 sessions about spirit care

    • 1 session progress check up

    • Q&A through e-mail while you are being coached  (questions, ideas, goals)
